Ancestral Acres provided my wife and I with the most amazing wedding we could have ever asked for! William, the owner, was fantastic to work with. Professional, courteous, and generous. The property is gorgeous, and made for a beautiful setting for our special day. The house is breathtaking and makes you feel as though you've stepped into a time machine. It was the perfect blend of modern amenities with antique/rustic decor. All in all, we feel so very blessed to have found Ancestral Acres. It felt like our own little slice of heaven for the weekend.

This venue is simply amazing! The barn provides an elegant background for anything you can imagine. The property is breathtaking. We also rented the house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding and it was fantastic – we had the rehearsal dinner there (with a pizza food truck) and it provided a great place for the wedding party to stay (it sleeps 20 people!). It was also nice because the hair and make up girls all came to the house on Saturday and we had lots of space on the third floor for 14 people to get ready. It was a perfect weekend!

Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and Ancestral Acres played a huge role in making our day a dream come true! The owner, Bill, was wonderful to work with and always answered any questions we threw his way in such a timely manner. As stressful as wedding planning can be, Bill was one of the easiest vendors to work with, and we were so thankful for that. The house, the barn, the landscaping, and the scenery truly make Ancestral Acres a dream venue for a wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is considering it!

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Ancestral Acres and the venue was absolutely perfect! The barn is clean, bright and beautiful inside requiring minimal decoration. The landscaping is gorgeous. It was so nice for the guests to be able to stroll around on the grounds and be just steps away from the music, food and drink inside. The owner, Bill, was great to work with. On the day of the wedding we were setting up and he immediately came and offered to help. There is not one single thing I would change about this venue.

Ancestral Acres Lodge and Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding in October! Bill was accommodating and thorough to make sure we had all of the information we needed. The barn is elegant and offers the most picturesque canvas for a wedding/reception. The grounds are beautiful, and the hardest part of the entire process was picking which backdrop we wanted for the ceremony! From being able to bring in a food truck for the rehearsal, to using the stunning 3rd floor to get ready on, Bill let us run with any and all ideas we had! I couldn't recommend them more!

This place was stunning. Huge, pristine property with multiple buildings and paths. Plenty of room in the clearing for the ceremony, or if you prefer, there's a gigantic beautiful white barn where you could do your ceremony. Either way, the reception in this barn was such a view. The property is large and there's plenty of room to play games or for the kids to run around. If I were ever foolish enough to get married again, I'd do it here.

We just got married at ancestral acres and it was the best wedding experience. We had access to the grounds the whole weekend making set up and take down smooth. During our wedding, Nikki was so kind as to ask us if we need anything multiple times, helping during photos, capturing small photos and videos throughout the day to share with us, and bringing us drinks from the bar during our busy day so we could still find time to celebrate! I highly would recommend this venue!

My husband and I just got married at the Ancestral Acres lodge. We had an amazing time with friends and family. Nikki, Bill and Melvin were so easy to work with and made our experience better. This was a beautiful venue. It gave our family the whole weekend to prep and enjoy our day.

Ancestral Acres was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! The whole wedding party stayed in the house for the weekend so everyone could be together. Bill was great to work with and very helpful, never more than a phone call away for anything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a venue! Thanks Bill!

I loved having my wedding here! We had the whole weekend to prepare and set up, which made the morning and day of so stress free. Staying in the house with my party was so special as well. I would highly recommend this venue!

Had the pleasure of catering a wedding here. Such a cute venue. Very clean and pristine for a barn style wedding, lots of room, bar setup, makes for gorgeous pictures. Fairly easy to get to. Look forward to going back. Cheers - Suzy @ Chive Catering and Events
